Katie Richard

Katie serves as the Senior Director of Development for Painting with a Twist Franchise Headquarters and is also a Realtor with Compass Realtors. She joined the Painting with a Twist Corporate team in April 2012, where she supported the brand through roles in franchise operations, supply chain, and franchisee support. In 2017, she earned her Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation from the International Franchise Association. Katie currently focuses on franchise development and oversees Painting with a Twist studio in Mandeville. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, she brings a strong foundation in business, client service, and community engagement. She is married, the proud mother of two boys, and an avid runner with a passion for creativity and connection.
