Pemmie Sheasby

Pemmie Sheasby, with over 40 years of marriage and a large extended family, finds joy in family gatherings, reading, traveling, playing golf, and spending time with friends.

With a diverse professional background that includes owning her own retail culinary store, Oil & Vinegar, and over 30 years of experience in the Yellow Pages industry, including an international position in South Africa, Pemmie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her current role as Sales Director for Working Presses, publisher of Inside Northside magazine.

Pemmie Sheasby is deeply involved in her community, professionally engaged, and spiritually committed. She actively supports Habitat for Humanity St. Tammany West, contributing her time and energy to the WATCH (Women Accepting the Challenge of Housing) program and participating in build sites. In 2023, Pemmie assumed the co-chair role for the Women’s Build and later joined the organization’s board and executive committee.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Pemmie is engaged in her community, previously serving on the board of the St. Tammany Parish Chamber of Commerce and volunteering with organizations such as the Youth Service Bureau Chef Soirée. She is also involved in community initiatives through the East St. Tammany Business Alliance (ESTBA) and the St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce.

She is a member of the Professional Women of St. Tammany and EmpowerHer Life, finding inspiration and camaraderie among like-minded individuals. Additionally, she supports Anna Donahue and Joyce Meyer Ministries, reflecting her dedication to philanthropy and community service.
