Robin Grigsby is a natural leader, organizer and change maker with a caring heart. She is one who senses a need and immediately springs into action. For example, Robin heard about a teen mom in rural Louisiana who was pregnant and without resources. She enlisted the help of many of her friends and partners in the community and was able to bring the young mother everything needed to bring the baby home, including clothes, diapers, wipes, and the required car seat. From this outreach, she was asked about providing diapers to Seniors which led her to form her non-profit organization, Holy Diapers, in 2017. As the Founder and President of Holy Diapers, Robin has been featured on Fox 8, GR8 Neighbors for her tireless work in providing diapers for both disadvantaged mothers and seniors in our community. As the co-pastor of Word of Life Church and the Vice President of Kindle the Flame Worldwide Ministries, Robin has been gifted with a servant’s heart for all people. Robin’s position with Right at Home, an in-home care and assistance agency, fits beautifully with her gifts as she builds relationships in the community with Seniors needing additional support in their homes. She serves on the advisory board for both the Volunteers of America of St. Tammany as well as the Louisiana Professional Women’s Association. Robin has been married to Pastor Ikem Grigsby for 20 years and they have 4 children: Tatum, Bishop, Jordan, and Joshua.
