Sally Frey has been helping clothe Northshore families for more than four decades. She cut her teeth in the retail industry at the Strawberry Patch in the 90s and early 00s. In 2004, she began working as a sales associate at the Children’s boutique, Fashions for Kids. Finally after working and building relationships with customers for 7 years, she bought the store in 2011. With more than 40 years of retail experience on the Northshore, this small business is Sally’s passion. But she would be the first to tell you it’s not just about the clothes. Sally loves getting to know the families and watching their children grow. She says, she may only have 2 actual grandchildren, but every time a new customer comes in the store, she feels like she gains a new family member. Sally is the epitome of a small business owner. She knows what it means to work in every level of retail and to put everything she has into making her small business successful.
