Tammy O’Shea is a North Shore native and a 30-year career community bank marketer. She is a graduate of Mandeville High School and Louisiana State University. Tammy is the Chief Marketing Officer for the historic institution, Fidelity Bank.
At Fidelity, she is credited for creating and overseeing the Bank’s award-winning P.O.W.E.R. program for women-owned businesses. P.O.W.E.R’s mission is to meet the needs of women in business by combining financial services with opportunities to network and learn from other like-minded entrepreneurial women. The program currently has almost 2000 enthusiastic and passionate members from all industry lines. In 2018 she introduced the Bank’s, Community Partners program which currently assists over 200 local nonprofits by combining financial services with an annual financial gift, and marketing promotion and support. She currently serves on the board for First Tee Nola, which helps enable children to build strength of character through the game of golf and a life skills curriculum.
Tammy has been named a repeat City Business Women of the Year nominee and Biz Magazine New Orleans 500 most influential people. She was also recognized as a Biz Magazine Executive of the Year in 2021.
In addition, she is a former co-chair of the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Campaign and a Circle of Red member. Recently, she was a Crown Me Image award winner and named a Women of Fashion honoree by the New Orleans Ballet Association. She is passionate about creating awareness about Prostate Cancer in men and the importance of screening via an annual PSA test. Sadly, the disease claimed the life of her husband, Pat O’Shea in 2018.
She deeply appreciates her time with her two daughters Alexis and Ashley and her grandchildren Hadley and Laney. Tammy is known for her love of fabulous fascinators! She loves a festive Friday lunch and enjoys all the local traditions this region offers.
