Tiffany McGary-Cyprian is a Clinical Supervisor for a local clinic, a community advocate, and the Founder and Operator of a small non profit organization; Project Blessings All Year Round that she has managed to organize and operate strictly on community support and her project faith. . Tiffany is married to Scott Cyprian and the mother of 4 wonderful children; Nicholas 30 ( US army) ,Anissa 24, Adrain 21 and Melburn 19. She has 4 wonderful grandchildren. Tiffany enjoys serving others and meeting the needs of people. Tiffany is known to most people in her community and other states as “The Community Angel.”

In 2013 Tiffany and her family returned back home to Louisiana and that’s when Tiffany said she knew she had to do something to lead, guide and assist her community. She created Project Blessings All Year Round an organization that Tiffany says does exactly what the name says “We do projects all year to assist families in need.” When a need arises is when Tiffany says “I step out on FAITH and reach out to my community and God always makes a way to fulfill that mission project” The organization hosts 2 major projects every year Back Packs 2 Share School Supply Drive and Giveaway – which Tiffany challenges local businesses, local employees and community to donate school supplies, uniforms, door prizes and more for children going into Pre-K – first year college Freshman to ensure that every kid has what they need to start off a school year heading into success. Adopt A Child Adopt A Senior Christmas Mission Project – PBAYR partners with local agencies and nursing homes to get children and senior citizens sponsored for Christmas that may not meet criteria for other programs, it is a need based program and families are blessed during the Holiday season ensuring that no individual or family goes without. Tiffany has host FREE youth basketball camps and training for local community youth that may not had the opportunity to attend youth camps due to financial hardships where she and her husband Scott provide individual and group training to local youth. Tiffany was recipient of the NS HERO Award, N.O. Saints Community Quarterback Award, was recognized for her volunteer services by the City Of Covington and Lt. Governor Billy Nungesser for all of her hard work and dedication to her community.

In 2016 Tiffany staged disaster relief on downtown Boston and was able to fill an entire warehouse with supplies to assist those affected by the March flood and pulled our community together by getting other organizations, businesses and neighboring states to reach out and donate to her project because she was serving so many people. PBAYR was able to serve over 2000+ people affected by the March flood.

Tiffany’s message is “Coming together is the beginning, keeping together is progress, working together is success” She says she’s just the vessel that puts the plans together and couldn’t do what she does for others without such great sponsors and supporters that make it all a success.
