Courtney McClure is the Site Director for The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Louisiana in Covington, where she is committed to creating a safe and inspiring environment for children to thrive. With over a decade of experience in youth development, she has worked as a preschool director and with non-profit organizations providing summer camps and aftercare programs for underprivileged students. Courtney’s leadership style emphasizes coaching and mentorship, fostering growth in her staff and the young people she serves. She is passionate about making learning enjoyable and accessible, helping children reach their full potential.
