Professional Women of St. Tammany strives to empower women in our community in many ways, and we are most proud of the number and amount of scholarships we have awarded women since 2009. We award scholarships to deserving women in St. Tammany Parish seeking to further their education. While financial needs are an important factor in our evaluations, our scholarship committee also looks for women who have pushed through challenges, distinguished themselves by their actions, or otherwise found ways to be a positive force in their own ways. Grades as well as activities and accomplishments are also considered. The significant talents and hours given by our members and our sponsors to make these education scholarship dollars available is our organization’s small way of recognizing the extraordinary among us and helping them reach better tomorrows through education.

Eligibility & Required Documents:
- Applicants must be entering or currently enrolled in a college or continuing education program for the 2023 year.
- Scholarship winners from the previous year are not eligible to apply again this year.
- Applicants must answer all questions and must include all documentation to PWST for review prior the deadline noted above for consideration.
- Any submissions received without the requested information will not be considered.
