Kati Morse LeBreton, aka “Everyone’s Favorite Redhead”, lives and leads with servant’s heart and a comedian’s posture. She has served as Director of POWER at Fidelity Bank since August 2023, helping female entrepreneurs reach their full potential through networking events, educational programs, and high-level professional development training. POWER is the only program of its kind in Louisiana, directly serving over 2,000 of Louisiana’s women-owned businesses.

 

Kati has unique insight into the world of entrepreneurship, as she is a proud owner of two small businesses. She is the co-host of Louisiana’s breakout hit comedy podcast The Big Bad Boot, which she brings to life with her brother and co-host, Caleb Morse. Twice a month, Kati and Caleb explore Louisiana folklore, true crime, and history with their signature comedic flare. The Big Bad Boot is available on all podcast platforms.

 

Kati also owns The Redhead Method: Digital Habits Education, where she graces stages nationwide as a keynote speaker and educator. Her copyrighted workshops teach audiences of all ages and stages develop positive digital habits. Her work with TRM has earned her national recognition, making Kati one of the most sought-after public speakers in the region.

 

Her passion for female empowerment extends to her volunteer work, as Kati currently serves on two Boards: Girl Scouts of Louisiana East and The Columbia Theatre for the Performing Arts. She is a member of many professional organizations, including: the Tangipahoa Professional Women’s Organization, Professional Women of St. Tammany, the American Businesswomen’s Association, and the Tangipahoa Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of Leadership Tangipahoa in 2021 and was named a “40 Under 40” Winner by the Northshore Media Group in 2023.

 

Kati was a Division One student-athlete, playing softball at Southeastern Louisiana University from 2009-2013. She earned her bachelor’s degree in digital communication from SLU in 2013. That same year, Kati was the only female student-athlete in the country to receive the prestigious Jim McKay Post Graduate scholarship from the NCAA; fully funding her studies towards a master’s degree. She earned her master’s in organizational communication from SLU in 2015. Upon her second graduation, Kati spent several years working in television as a sideline reporter, representing the Sunbelt Conference on ESPN and Fox Sports.

 

She worked for Coach Willie Fritz on the staff of Tulane Football for nearly five seasons (2016-2020). Between 2020 and 2023, Kati served in leadership roles at the Hammond Downtown Development District and Southeastern Louisiana University’s Alumni Association. She was hired as Director of POWER at Fidelity Bank in 2023.

 

Kati enjoys practicing yoga, reading horror novels, and traveling with her husband, Michael. She is thrilled to add another entry to her resume: “Mom”. Kati & Michael are happily awaiting the arrival of their first child, a baby boy named Dean, in April of this year.
