Brianna Ford is the founder and owner of All In Heating & Air, one of the only woman-owned
HVAC companies serving Louisiana’s North Shore. Her journey into the trades began at just 17
years old, when she started as a customer service representative and learned the industry from
the ground up. Over time, she gained experience across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
operations, developing a clear understanding of how strong leadership and thoughtful systems
can transform a business.

While initially pursuing a law degree, Brianna realized her passion and long-term impact were in
the skilled trades. That clarity shaped a career defined by growth, resilience, and results. She
went on to help scale a $3 million HVAC company in New Orleans into the largest operation in
South Louisiana, and later played a key role in restructuring and turning around another
struggling company in Mobile. In each role, Brianna became known for her ability to lead teams
through change while maintaining accountability, empathy, and high standards.

Brianna’s work is deeply personal. Raised in poverty in New Orleans, she grew up without
consistent air conditioning, enduring South Louisiana summers sleeping with wet sheets and
watching her parents sell window units just to make ends meet. That lived experience shaped
her belief that comfort is not a luxury, but a basic necessity tied to health, dignity, and stability.
Today, that belief drives how she leads, serves customers, and builds her company.

Beyond business, Brianna is deeply committed to her community. She is the founder of Slidell’s
EmpowerHer, a local initiative created to support, connect, and encourage women through
leadership, entrepreneurship, and shared experience. She also actively supports organizations
such as BraveHearts of Louisiana, which serves children entering and exiting foster care.
Through both EmpowerHer and her broader community involvement, Brianna regularly donates
time, resources, and hands-on service to initiatives supporting veterans, families, and
underserved community members, including personally delivering meals and showing up for
local events and nonprofits.

Brianna is also a dedicated mentor, meeting weekly with local business owners at no cost to
share knowledge, systems, and hard-earned lessons. She believes access to information
should never be a barrier to success. Through her professional work and community
involvement, Brianna leads with intention and consistency, creating impact not only through the
businesses she has helped grow, but through the people and communities she continues to
support.
