Giving back to my community is something I enjoy immensely. I know what it means to walk through brokenness—and I also know that healing is possible when someone shows up and refuses to give up on you.

One Way Love was born from my own journey and the journey of my sister & co-founder, Rosemary. We’ve lived through hardship, uncertainty, and seasons where the path forward wasn’t clear. Those experiences shaped us, strengthened us, and ultimately stirred a calling to create something bigger than ourselves—a place where young people facing crisis could find stability, support, and hope.

What started as a small outreach effort to help at-risk youth grew into a community-driven public charity focused on breaking cycles of homelessness, food insecurity, and the systemic barriers that keep young people from thriving.

Through our partnerships with St. Tammany Parish Public Schools and the Kids In Transition (KIT) program, One Way Love now serves more than 150 students each year. We provide essential resources, yes—but just as importantly, we offer relationships. We show up consistently. We listen. We remind students that their circumstances do not define their future.

This mission is deeply personal to me because I’ve been there. I know what it feels like to be lost. I also know the power of one person, one opportunity, one act of love to change everything.

That’s why One Way Love exists—to ensure that no young person ever has to navigate hardship alone.
