Amanda Delaup thrives at the intersection of faith, business and community impact. As the CEO of Palette, she channels her expertise into helping small businesses thrive and scaling ventures for entrepreneurs who dare to dream big.

When Amanda isn’t strategizing with clients, she is inspiring audiences through public speaking and serving the community. Amanda has emceed special events such as Northshore Enduring Hope gala and The Black-Tie gala for pediatric cancer patients. She is the creator of the Special Trick-or-Treat, an inclusive Halloween experience for special and medical needs families. Amanda serves on the board for Habitat for Humanity Women Build, on PWST’s annual retreat committee and the Events Leadership team at Church of the King. She was recently accepted into the first class of P.O.W.E.R. U, a cohort between Fidelity Bank and Loyola University and recognized by WE Social Magazine as a Community Leader. Ask Amanda about her proudest achievement though, and she’ll tell you it’s being a mom to her twin daughters.
