Brittani Naccari Farrell is the owner of Timeless Touch Medical Aesthetics, located in downtown Covington. She is married to Frankie Farrell and is the proud mom of three (Colston, Frankie and Charlie). She graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2012. After earning her BSN, Brittani began her nursing career as a cardiac nurse until she completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016 at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she was honored as a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society. She has been Aesthetic injector for 7 years. Her background also includes almost 5 years of primary care experience.
In July 2023, Brittani realized her dream by opening Timeless Touch Medical Aesthetics in downtown Covington. She envisioned this clinic as a “good place” where clients could feel welcomed and valued, and where positive outcomes could flourish. Brittani has a strong commitment to community service, having initiated one of the largest blood drives on the North Shore, which has become an annual event. Her clinic supports numerous community events and fundraisers, including fundraisers for suicide awareness and Alzheimer’s with the Mandeville Milkshakers, New Heights, American Heart Association (while also supporting a fellow St. Tammany woman in her bid for Woman of Impact of the Year), National Kidney Foundation, Little Munchkins, MHS Cheerleaders, St. Paul Football, St. Peter Fair and Fishing Rodeo, Diamond Sponsor for Pink with a Purpose, St. Tammany United in Pink Toxin Fundraiser, Partner in Prevention Sponsor for St. Tammany United in Pink and Wigs by Tiffany supporting families of pediatric cancer. Brittani has also provided personal sponsorships for local women to attend the Empower Her Life Conference and has supported membership initiatives for the group. Her upcoming events include a special initiative for Haute Mama’s Mother’s Day.
Brittani is an active member of the North Shore Business Exchange and Empower Her Life. Her career has been recognized with several awards, including the Florence Nightingale Award for Louisiana’s Rookie of the Year, two Great Catch Awards, and accolades as North Shore’s Best Nurse Practitioner and St. Tammany’s Best Anti-Aging Specialist on two occasions.
