Mary was born in Newfoundland. Growing up, she and her friends would gather in warm, cozy homes, making plans and dreaming about their futures. As the years passed, some became teachers, others business owners, and Mary chose a path devoted to helping others find clarity and direction in their lives.
She is both humbled and honored by the trust her clients place in her and by the stories shared within the therapy room. She is on the side of relationships working out and believes in supporting individuals and couples as they navigate life’s complexities.
