Stephanie Shank started Fluff Gourmet in her kitchen in early 2019. With a true love for creativity and all things fun, she grew her cotton candy business until they opened their first Mandeville location in April of 2022. The store is America’s first cotton candy party center and holds several kid centered events, magical birthday party packages and theme tailored catering for every guest. With over 50 flavors of cotton candy to choose from, there is something for everyone.
Fluff Gourmet has been featured in different local magazines, as well a Halloween special with WGNO in 2023. In Fall 2024 Fluff Gourmet is now carried in 38 Rouses location across the gulf south and growing.
Stephanie is a Covington local and a mom to three amazing kids. She enjoys a good cup of coffee, cozy socks and making others laugh with her sense of humor.
