Jessica Orillion is a licensed real estate broker, local business owner, and community leader whose work is rooted in service and meaningful connection. She serves as License Partner, Co-Owner, and Managing Partner of Engel & Völkers Slidell–Mandeville, where she leads in a non-competing capacity as a broker associate, focusing on advisor support, marketing, shop culture, and community engagement.
Jessica began her professional career in education, where she taught in the classroom, served as a grade-level team leader, and operated an observation classroom for fellow educators. After stepping away to raise her four children, including a set of triplets, she returned to the workforce and discovered her strengths in real estate operations, digital marketing, and professional development. That foundation continues to shape her leadership style today. She is known for being highly organized, nurturing, and deeply invested in helping others succeed, bringing a steady and supportive presence to every role she serves.
She joined Engel & Völkers in 2017 as Vice President of Agent Development, earned her broker’s license in 2024, and became an owner in 2025. In her current role, Jessica designs training programs, coaching systems, and collaborative initiatives that help advisors build sustainable, relationship-driven businesses. Her leadership and results have gained recognition beyond her local market, leading to invitations to serve as a panel speaker at Engel & Völkers events, where she shares the Slidell shop’s successes and best practices with owners and advisors across the Americas.
Deeply rooted in St. Tammany Parish, Jessica is actively involved in civic and nonprofit leadership. She serves on the Advisory Board for Olde Towne Main Street and is a member of the Olde Towne Antique Association, Olde Towne Merchants Association, and the East St. Tammany Business Alliance. Through these roles, she helps organize local events, supports small businesses, and strengthens community engagement.
Service is central to Jessica’s impact. She has partnered with Joey’s Hope and St. Tammany Food for Kids to help address childhood hunger and has served as a Rosie Team Leader for East St. Tammany Habitat for Humanity for multiple years, including leading the very first Realtor Rosie’s team.
Jessica’s service extends far beyond her professional role. She has also partnered with Joey’s Hope and St. Tammany Food for Kids to help address childhood food insecurity making sure that school aged children have meals on the weekend.
She created and continues to organize the annual E&V Monster Crawl, an inclusive daytime trick-or-treat experience designed for toddlers, homeschool families, and children with special needs. Jessica is also actively leading efforts to bring a Hospice House Hope House donation site to her E&V shop, raising awareness and funds to help support the development of a much-needed second Hospice House in St. Tammany Parish.
A passionate supporter of the Tinker Elves/Tinker Bells program, 7 years in a row now, Jessica hosts a collection site to help ensure children in need receive Christmas gifts. For the past three years, she has served as the cook for the E&V Cooking Team at the United Way East St. Tammany Red Beans & Rice Cookoff, helping raise funds for mental health initiatives. She also supports STARC through Mardi Gras bead collections and has proudly participated in efforts supporting the Special Olympics.
In August, Jessica hosted young artists and first-time merchants at Engel & Völkers’ inaugural White Linen & Lagniappe in Olde Towne Slidell, intentionally creating opportunities for emerging talent to showcase their work and connect with the community.
She is the founder and curator of Slidell Living: Camellia City Lifestyle, a community platform celebrating local people, businesses, events and culture while fostering civic pride and authentic connection.
At the heart of Jessica’s work is a simple belief: leadership means showing up, serving others, and building something that lasts.
